MolTek Nutrition recently completed an in vivo dose study for CreaSol® at a university, using an intermittent repeated swimming model in mice.
At 4 weeks, the human-equivalent dose of 500 mg CreaSol® + 5 g creatine delivered a strong result, performing 52% better than creatine alone. At the same 4-week point, 150 mg CreaSol® + 5 g creatine had not yet shown a significant difference. We then continued the 150 mg group for an additional 2 weeks. By week 6, the result became clear: 150 mg CreaSol® + 5 g creatine performed 42% better than creatine alone, approaching the 500 mg result observed at 4 weeks.
This confirms that 150 mg CreaSol® is an effective and practical dose when combined with creatine, especially with a longer supplementation period.
For brands, this creates two clear formulation options: 500 mg CreaSol® for a premium, faster-acting performance formula, and 150 mg CreaSol® for a more neutral-tasting, cost-balanced creatine product with strong performance support. Together, these options give brands greater flexibility to develop differentiated creatine products across different formats, price points, and consumer needs.
